My car broke down and was towed to this dealership. Adam was very helpful and professional. I was on my way home to Texas so needed immediate help. I highly recommend this dealership for your cars needs.
First time car buyers that learned the hard way. We found a car we really liked online for 5500. We were planning on paying 2000 to 2500 down. Which should have given us a pretty low car payment and we could get it paid off asap to help build our credit. I knew it would be higher after taxes and such. I had it all planned out. I emailed, called, asked questions and asked about my husband having poor credit and I not having any to make sure it wouldn't be an issue before we drove down there. Never at anytime did they say "Because of your credit you will pay lot value or whatever." Never was it mentioned that the car was a different price than online. It did not state that it was a "sale price" online. All of this was said to us after we realized the price went from 5500 to 8000. All because a man outside told us we better watch.. they tried to get him for 1600 more than the online price of the car he was buying. Lesson learned DO NOT GO BY THE ONLINE PRICE and ALWAYS ASK. They are really nice until their not. Should have known better I guess. We had been there for hours and they are pointing this out and that out and sign here and sign there so we never noticed we thought we were getting what we had been looking, emailing, calling about before we ever even went. We asked about new tires because they were awful....he said it was "as is" we were ok with that it was only 5500. We waited for an hour for them to 'detail it" before we could leave and I was ok with that...it was on empty. Most people get a full tank of gas when you buy a car....right? Nope! Half a tank. When you buy a new car your down payment usually gets you atleast a month before you have to make your first payment..shouldn't it? We bought it around Feb.26th...first payment March 9. Also when we had asked about the price the man pretty much told me....We are taking a chance on you.(because of our credit) I know you think we are trying to pull one over on you but It's not like we are going out wining and dining....this is more of a mcdonalds meal. If I didn't absolutely love this car I would have got my money back and got to stepping. And should have done something but being inexperienced didn't really know how to react. They did however tell us that if we wanted to pay cash we could have it for the online price. Well our goal was to build our credit. I know that it wasn't that much more but I just feel we were done wrong. I just wanted to let people like us know so they don't get screwed like we did!
