Had a pipe break when I was out of town, it ran all week.. $875. Water bill.....they would not even give me a military discount.lol...they wanted every penny.
Did not bother to inform me that they were changing out meters. Cut off my water with no connecting pipe at 6 pm on a Friday when it was IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone to let me know when or IF we would have running water again. A simple courtesy would have been nice. A phone call or a notice in the mail. ANYTHING would have been better than simply finding myself without running water at the start of the weekend! Thank you Spring Creek for transporting me and my 8 months pregnant wife magically into the THIRD WORLD. Looking forward to hauling filthy pond water up to the house in freezing temperatures to boil and filter so we can survive the next 48? 72? hours WHO KNOWS? Ah life is full of mystery...
