Used these guys for 4 yrs as they were the only game in town. Although the vets themselves were friendly and approachable, I found the office staff to be pretty ignorant and inefficient. They are not empowered by the doctors to make basic decisions relating to good customer service. They are also behind on new protocols for vaccinations and alternative treatments. If you are looking for a vet who welcomes active participation of the owner, look elsewhere. They pretty much expect an ignorant clientele who accept the vet's word as gospel. I found most visits entailed some kind of confrontation (no, you may not take my dog in the back to treat it...you will treat it in the room with me present; no you do not need to vaccinate my dog for bordatella an hour before her scheduled surgery "so she will be protected back in the kennels"....immunity is never conferred that fast!) I got tired of fighting with them and found a new vet, farther away but worth the drive. Two stars for affordability and the fact that you can just walk in without an appt.
